Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 100% client retention and satisfaction by meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Execute the Disciplined Sales Process relevant to focused activity, connectivity and information gathering, key message delivery and deal management.
• Develop sales strategies for maintaining and further penetration of existing client relationships including pre-call planning and post-call follow-up activities.
• Combine consultative sales approach and financial expertise to create value-added solutions for clients.
• Proactively seeks feedback for improving personal performance and is accountable for monthly, quarterly, and yearly stated goals.
• Identify, track and resolve issues/risks related to delivery of client contracts.
• Orchestrate project scope and client expectations through contract life cycle.
• Pro-actively achieve overall satisfaction of high profile, strategic and at-risk clients.
• Build and manage relationships at all levels within client organization.
• Perform “review and status” sessions assessing client needs, developing solutions, initiating value propositions and developing/delivering proposals.
• Act as direct Client Facilitator developing, nurturing and maintaining senior-level user relationships.
• Direct account project planning covering business requirements collection, monitoring/ensuring milestones.
• Ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Key contributor in development and testing phases of new client implementations.
• Ensuring active, consultative and multi-level partnerships are established with clients.
• Facilitate service and product enhancements for existing clients.
• Maintain active calling effort on existing and prospective clients.
• Research and prepare business presentations for meetings with clients.
• Aggressively pursue and close contract renewals.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant work in account management and 5 to 10 years selling to Fortune 500 Accounts.
• Experience in building relationships at the “C” level.
• Extensive (at least 5-7 years) primary corporate banking relationship management.
• Proven experience selling and relationship management in complex, multi-level organizations.
• Orientation towards disciplined strategic business development processes.
